1. MMC Registration Renewal is now completely online.
2. You should keep following ready before starting registration renewal process
a. Appropriate MMC Credit point certificates with Xerox copies— 1each
b. MMC Reg. Certificate and 2 xeroxes
c. I-card size photo 2 copies
d. Renewal card Xerox, if available.
e. Marriage certificate with 2 xeroxes, if the name of lady doctor on Reg. certificate differs from the current name or name of CME certificates.
f. You MUST have an email address to complete this procedure.
g. Declaration form duly filled in and signed by you.
h. Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking details
3. Scan documents using 75DPI setting.
a. ALL CME certificates, JPG or PDF (together size should be less than 1000 kb)
b. Declaration form (PDF)
c. Photograph (JPG)
d. Your signature (JPG)
4. Click on this link to visit website of Maharashtra Medical Council,Mumbai
5. You need to create your account on MMC website, and write down your username and password
6. You have to login in MMC website using your username (email address) and password
7. You will receive OTP on your mobile number, which you need to enter before proceeding.
8. You will see your information as entered in MMC database. You may change your address
9. Upload the documents using appropriate buttons on the screen.
10. Submit the form, print it and sign it at appropriate place.
11. If any corrections are required, please login again and use RMP Details menu where you can see the filled form and edit as required.
12. You will receive email with link for payment, using which you need to make online payment. You have to pay fees as per MMC rules.
13. Send following to MMC Mumbai by speed post :
a. Printed form duly signed
b. Declaration duly filled in and signed and
c. Self attested xerox copies of CME certificates
d. 2 I card size photographs
e. copy of receipt of payment
f. Renewal card Xerox, if available self attested.
g. Marriage certificate with 2 xeroxes, if the name of lady doctor on Reg. certificate differs from the current name or name of CME certificates.
14. You wlll receive email with intimation of renewal. You can download your MMC renewal letter from RMP Details section when the registration renewal process is complete. Till such time you will see your previous renewal letter on MMC website.
15. If renewal before Dec. 2013, Rs 100 X 3 stamp papers are required.
